CV. Inovasi Teknologi Raya is a company engaged in software consulting and digital solution development. One of the products developed during the internship was the Padel On online padel booking website, which aims to provide service information while facilitating the booking process for users. Before the implementation of the website, information delivery and booking processes were conducted manually through direct communication, resulting in information that was not centralized and a less efficient booking process. Therefore, an online padel booking website was designed and developed using a Content Management System (CMS) with WordPress. The system development included functional and non-functional requirements analysis, use case diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) design, as well as website interface design and implementation. The resulting website provides information about Padel On's profile, facilities, programs, courts, rental equipment, schedules, and locations. In addition, the website is equipped with a booking feature integrated with WhatsApp, allowing users to make reservations more conveniently. The implementation results show that the website can provide centralized information, facilitate users in accessing service information, and make the booking process faster and more structured. The internship also provided the author with practical experience in applying requirements analysis, UI/UX design, CMS-based website development, as well as communication and collaboration skills in a professional work environment.
