Abstract
The digital transformation in enterprises encourages organizations to integrate various business processes into an integrated Enterprise Management System (EMS). Proxsis Consulting, through PT Malaka Incorpora Teknologi, developed an Integration Platform for Enterprise Management System that integrates several enterprise management domains, including ESG, GRC, HSE, and BCMS. However, the existing platform still faced user experience issues, particularly inconsistent navigation structures, interface layouts, terminology, and interaction patterns across workspaces. These conditions could make it difficult for users to understand the system and complete tasks efficiently. Therefore, this work aimed to develop the Customer Experience (CX) of the platform by improving navigation clarity, interface consistency, and ease of use across workspaces. The development process involved user needs analysis, identification of problems in the existing platform, customer journey mapping, information architecture design, navigation structure design using the L0–L3 hierarchy, wireframe development, high-fidelity interface design, and the preparation of a mini design system using shadcn/ui components. The design process was conducted iteratively through discussions and collaboration with the development, infrastructure, and AI integration teams to ensure that the proposed design was aligned with technical and business requirements. The results showed improvements in navigation clarity, interface consistency, and ease of use. The resulting design artifacts, including customer journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and a mini design system, can serve as references for further platform development. The development of Customer Experience did not fundamentally change the existing business processes, but improved how users interact with and understand the system.
