Tanstittar, a bone-setting therapy provider in
Pekanbaru, Riau, founded in 2014 by Master Tan, has grown
rapidly through social media, reaching millions of followers.
However, it still faces challenges in efficiently managing
customer data and scheduling therapy sessions, as current
manual processes using Excel and WhatsApp cause
inefficiencies and inconsistent service delivery. This final
project proposes the development of a web-based Company
Profile integrated with a Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system designed to automate the
booking process, centralize customer data, and analyze loyal
customers using the LRFM method. The approach enables
customer segmentation based on behavior and value,
allowing Tanstittar to identify loyal customers and
implement more effective marketing strategies. The system
will be developed using the Waterfall Method and evaluated
through usability and black-box testing. Its purpose is to
enhance operational efficiency, improve customer
satisfaction, and provide data-driven decision-making. By
automating processes, consolidating customer information,
and leveraging data mining, Tanstittar can deliver a
consistent service experience, strengthen its branding, and
achieve sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the
healthcare sector
