Abstract

In the process of distributing electricity, the quality of the voltage sent from the load source is always changing / not fixed. To get a stable secondary voltage value despite the voltage drop on the primary side, it is necessary to install a device to stabilize the voltage, one of which is the On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). OLTC can work automatically during load by changing the winding ratio when there is a voltage change. In this study, an analysis is needed to improve the quality of voltage in Turkey for PT Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sei Pakning Customers. By using the analysis in the ETAP 16.0 application, the voltage quality calculation is obtained and the voltage on the secondary side is 19.11 kV while the voltage on the primary side is 16.46 kV. The results of the ETAP 16.0 application data analysis can be used as a reference and comparison of analysis data to real conditions in the field
