Abstract

KOJO is a mobile application that functions as a liaison between employers and workers in job and employee search activities. This application was designed and built because it saw the distribution of job vacancy information in a centralized and detailed manner. This causes the worker's work to be incompatible with the competencies they possess so that employers also feel less satisfied with the worker's performance. The Mobile Front-End of this application will be built using React Native technology. The Back-End Mobile application will be built using Firebase with a Realtime Database type which will make it easier for users to still get information in real time. KOJO will be built using the Agile Scrum method, which is known for its relatively short sprint cycles. Scrum will be carried out between UI/UX Designers and Developers over a period of 2 weeks for each sprint. Based on the number of product backlogs that will be developed, the Scrum team determines that they will carry out 6 sprints with a duration of 69 days or more than 2 months. There are 8 components developed for use on more than 20 application pages developed. Developing the KOJO application using Component- Based Software Engineering (CBSE) makes it easier for developers to develop components used on several different pages on the front-end side so that this increases the work efficiency of the KOJO scrum team in terms of the duration of application work. The KOJO application that was built also met the testing criteria carried out, namely Integration Testing, which tests the components that have been built so that they display the expected results.
