Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Head Office is the headquarters of PT. Bank Riau Kepri located in Pekanbaru. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Head Office has several divisions, one of which is the Information System Technology (TSI) Division. TSI is further divided into several sections, one of which is IT Security. The process of recording Microsoft Office and Oracle licenses received by IT Security is done manually. The hardcopy licenses brought by IT Hardware & Network are reprinted by IT Security as data for them to then input into Microsoft Excel. The data entered into Microsoft Excel for Microsoft Office licensing includes reseller, reseller address, product name, product version, office unit, order ID, serial number, quantity, hostname, and scanned hardcopy license. For Oracle licensing, the data includes reseller, reseller address, product name, product version, service start date, service end date, order number, temporary, and quantity. After that, the data will be printed and rechecked by IT Hardware & Network. The hardcopy will be stored in a box in the locker. In addition, the scanned hardcopy licenses are also stored in a computer folder. This work system can cause difficulties in re-checking the data that has been entered into Microsoft Excel, difficulty in searching for previous data, and the possibility of previously entered data being re-entered, among other issues. Therefore, IT Security needs an inventory application developed to facilitate the license data management for IT Security at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Head Office. The results of Blackbox Testing and Usability Testing show that the application's functionality works well and meets user needs and expectations. Additionally, Performance Testing results show consistent throughput at 0.5/sec for each component and no error rate (0% for all features).
