This study aims to analyze the effect of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and
condition on non-performing loans at Usaha Ekonomi Kelurahan Simpan Pinjam
(UEK-SP) Bulan Purnama, Pekanbaru City. This study employed a quantitative
research method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was
saturated sampling (census), involving a total of 72 respondents. The independent
variables in this study were character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition,
while the dependent variable was non-performing loans. Data were collected through
questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The data were analyzed using Multiple
Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the
partial test (t-test) indicate that character, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition
effect on non-performing loans at UEK-SP Bulan Purnama, Pekanbaru City.
