Raudhatul Athfal Fadhilah is an early childhood education institution that
previously relied on conventional media to deliver school information and conduct
the New Student Admission process (PPDB), such as brochures, social media, and
in-person registration. This condition resulted in information being less
centralized, longer administrative processes, and a higher risk of data-recording
errors. This final project aims to develop a web-based PPDB information system
using the prototyping method. The system was developed using PHP, the Laravel
framework, and MySQL, and is equipped with features for school profiles,
registration, document uploads, interview scheduling, admission announcements,
payments, re-registration, notifications, dashboards, and an Ollama-based chatbot
using the Mistral model. Black Box Testing on 48 test cases achieved a 100%
success rate. Usability Testing involving 34 respondents obtained a score of
89.38%, which was categorized as very good. Chatbot testing using 15 questions
also showed that all questions were successfully processed without errors.
Therefore, the system is able to help RA Fadhilah present information in a
centralized manner and manage the PPDB process in a more structured,
accessible, and well-documented way.
