This Field Work Report (Laporan Kerja Praktik) documents the implementation and outcomes of the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program conducted at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP), Portugal, from September 20, 2024, to February 17, 2025. The primary objective of this program was to enhance academic competencies in electrical engineering and technology, foster global networking, and develop cross-cultural communication skills in an international academic environment. During the exchange period, academic activities encompassed four core courses: Data Communication, Energy Systems and Renewable Energy, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, and Signals and Systems, providing theoretical foundations and practical insights into modern technology applications. In addition to academic coursework, active participation was maintained across various mandatory IISMA initiatives and non-academic activities, including pre-departure series, SDGs social campaigns, Batik challenges, cultural showcases, and Erasmus Student Network (ESN) events. The results demonstrate that the program successfully broadened technical perspectives, improved critical thinking, and strengthened cultural diplomacy, providing valuable global experience to support future professional and academic growth.
