This study aims to determine whether the investment issued by Papi Coffee in opening a new branch is feasible or not in the aspects of the business feasibility study that the author uses including technical, management, market, and financial aspects. The analysis used is budgeting with straight line trend method (least square), parabolic quadratic method, Net Present Value, Payback Period, Profitability Index, and Internal Rate of Return. The results of this study indicate that based on market and technical aspects, Papi Coffee's new branch is feasible to establish because of the few competitors and the rapid development of the surrounding area and has a strategic location. From the financial aspect, using the Net Present Value (NPV) method which produces a positive value of IDR 407.176.660, Payback Period (PP) for 1 year 7 months, Profitability Index (PI) of 2,8 and Internal Rate of Return ( IRR) of 70%. From the four methods, the writer concludes, all methods are declared feasible, so that the opening of a new Papi Coffee branch is feasible.
