The research objective of this final project proposal is to determine the financial performance of the Kurkan Terantam Garden Consumer Cooperative as reviewed by PERMEN No.06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. Based on the financial data processing and questionnaires that have been carried out at the Terantam Kaksi Garden Consumer Cooperative with reference to PERMEN No.06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016, it can be concluded that the capital aspect of the own capital ratio is Total Assets, where own capital in 2022 it will be smaller than in 2021. Aspects of Productive Asset Quality in the Ratio of Risk Reserves to Non-Performing Loans in 2021-2022. For 2022, there will be a decrease compared to 2021. Management aspect, assessment based on qualitative methods, in the form of a questionnaire aimed at 23 people in the Management of the Terantam Kaksi Garden Consumer Cooperative. This assessment consists of 5 management, namely: General Management, Institutional Management, Capital Management, Asset Management, and Liquidity Management experienced a decline. There are 2 ratios in the liquidity aspect, namely: Cash and Bank Ratio to Current Liabilities in 2021-2022 with a calculation result of ≤10%, and Ratio of loans given to funds received in 2022 with a score of 3.75 with a loan ratio of 70% -80%.
